It’s called BuzziHat.

BuzziHat is a quirky looking light fixture that serves a dual purpose — providing light as well as acoustic dampening abilities.

BuzziHat resembles a collapsible top hat. It’s comprised of a foam body, a metal shade, and a ring. The lamp is offered in four sizes that accommodate the dimensions of different spaces.
